花蓮近年來有越來越多美食,不管是大家去了必吃的公正包子、鋼管紅茶,甚至是必去逛的東大門夜市也是超多美食等著你。睽違好久沒寫文,這次要介紹的是去花蓮幾乎都會想去吃的「耕壽司」,在去之前就先爬文建議先訂位。

沒訂位可能要等非常久,確實如此我們在連假第一天晚餐選擇耕壽司,當天下雨但18:15就已排滿人潮,好險有先訂位就速速入座啦!
初次吃耕壽司的我們,菜單太過於琳瑯滿目,但不知該如何點餐,只好挖起Instagram上大家打卡po文的推薦,看來炙燒系列受大家的熱愛。

這邊也有酒可以小酌喲!

看到什麼都想點,而且大部分都是點多貫比較划算,是便宜很多!
這次大部分都點炙燒系列為主,這家就是會擺盤擺的美美的,讓你好拍又好吃,不過建議別考慮太久,因為送單後還需等個10~20分鐘,可見生意有多好~

烤鮭魚飯糰就是要吃酥脆的外皮啦!不過每次吃到後來真的吃不下XD

焦糖鮭魚以及比目魚鰭邊榮登這次初訪耕壽司的冠軍以及亞軍,雖然有可能有更好吃的沒吃到!但也沒關係啦,吃完完全滿足!

這一大盤絕對主角,炙燒系列滿滿的擺在黑盤上。

炙燒安格斯黑牛與起司安格斯黑牛究竟有什麼不同?炙燒安格斯黑牛帶蒜帶辣,而起司安格斯黑牛較為平易近人,不會辣還有滿滿的起司覆蓋上面。

鮭魚卵握壽司,可能是為了別太鹹,現在都會加入小黃瓜,除了美觀也較不膩。
喝起來偏甜的味噌湯,可能是有加入洋蔥熬煮的關係吧!
生甜蝦以及花枝,一份要價55圓,其實沒有特別便宜,但口味上還蠻鮮的。

如果可以下次到花蓮玩也一定再吃一次耕壽司,不過大家記得過去還是先訂位比較保險,才不會等太久哦!
