牙齒就是自己門面，牙齒美白度也就很重要。若要去做一次美白牙齒需要多少的時間呢？有什麼注意事項要注意嗎？我來為大家解答一下，一次療程大概20分鐘左右，但大概需要空出一個小時的時間，因為實際美白牙齒以前會需要事前的幾個步驟要做。這次要介紹的是位於捷運忠孝敦化站的ATTRACTION DR.淨白美齒中心。
第一步、會先提供小刷子配上琺瑯質強化膏，先塗上牙齒並靜待大約一分鐘，ATTRACTION DR. 會提供牙刷及牙膏先做第一次清潔。
第二步、將張牙器戴上，但我覺得需要店員示範，超難的XD並會先比對一下美白前的顏色
第三步、將牙齒擦乾，這樣美白劑會比較好上，除此之外，還要塞棉塊放嘴內，會提供凡士林塗嘴脣，這樣美白過程中才不會讓嘴唇太乾。
一般來說來美白牙齒主要是美白笑起來的牙齒，也就是上排+下排最中間的八顆牙齒，接著需戴上護目眼鏡喬到一個最舒適的角度就可以準備開始了
第四步、進入20分鐘美白牙齒的過程。
第五步、拆掉後再去刷一次牙，就可以再帶一次張牙器比對實際美白牙齒的成效。
一般來說來說美白牙齒只做一次的成效很有效，大概白兩個色階左右就很強了，不過會依照每個人的牙齒毛細孔細密度美白度也會不同，所以主要還是會建議36～72小時內盡量不要喝或吃也色素的食物、飲料。
以我來說，在這次的體驗後，色階白了3個左右，若持續做相信可以更白更美！
